3. How long does it take to receive my order?

4. Can I upload and print my own custom designs?
Yes! Upload your artwork directly on our website. We accept PNG (300 DPI, transparent background) for best results. Our team reviews every file before printing.
5. Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimums. Order a single sheet or as many as you need—perfect for individuals, small shops, or bulk resellers.
6. How durable are your DTF prints?
Our transfers are stretch-safe, wash-resistant, and long-lasting. When properly pressed, they’ll maintain bright color and flexibility through 50+ washes.
7. Do you offer help with artwork setup?
Yes! We can resize, remove backgrounds, and build gang sheets before printing—just email your file to dtftransferplug@gmail.com.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and cash for local orders. All online payments are processed securely.
9. What is your refund or replacement policy?
If your transfer arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 48 hours. We’ll reprint or replace immediately at no extra cost.
